This is the introduction to Sprint Day Saturday: a straightforward speed session that progresses from ground preparation and rhythm work into multiple starting positions before finishing with timed sprinting. The session uses chair starts, half-kneeling starts, and pivot-lunge starts to build rhythm and create better relationships with the ground before progressing to timed 10-yard dashes and U-turn sprints. SPRINT DAY SATURDAY - INTRO
